I’m the founder of The Instant Leader and a certified Master Coach with more than a decade of experience helping business leaders unlock their full potential. Over the past 10 years, I’ve coached leaders in all kinds of industries and spent 6 years consulting with online companies.

My background as a Master Practitioner of NLP means I know what it takes to help people grow, adapt, and make a genuine impact—no matter their starting point or job title. After talking with hundreds of leaders and seeing the real challenges people face every day, I created The Instant Leader to share what actually works.
