Hey there, I’m Andy Lee
IAs well as being the founder of The Instant Leader, and someone who’s spent more than 25 years navigating work, life, faith, and everything in between. I’m a certified Master Coach and NLP Master Practitioner, but more importantly, I’ve been where you are—figuring out what matters, building teams, having tough conversations, leading in business, and learning how to grow through both success and struggle.
My experience spans corporate roles across different industries, years in recruitment (both hiring and getting hired), leadership in business, and serving as a board trustee and church elder. I’ve also been married for 18 years and have helped others scale businesses, improve relationships, and build stronger communities.
What ties all of this together is a passion for helping people get unstuck, find clarity, and move forward—always rooted in Christian values and practical wisdom.
